| | Town of Dennis Fiscal Year 2011 Preliminary Tax Billing The Town of Dennis will mail the Fiscal Year 2011 preliminary tax bills on June 30, 2010. The bill will contain two payment coupons; the first coupon is for the payment due August 2, 2010. Please keep the second payment coupon, which is for the bill due November 1, 2010.The tax owed is approximately ½ of last year’s tax bill. Payment can be mailed to the address on the tax bill; or can be paid on line through Unipay by clicking on the UNIBANK icon below or you may pay in person. Personal exemptions and abatement requests are handled on the actual tax bill, not the preliminary. If you do not receive your bill or if you have questions contact either the Collector’s office or the Assessor’s office at 508-394-8300.
Request for Address updates
Taxpayers of the Town of Dennis are reminded that when you move you must update your mailing information with the Assessor’s office. If you do not receive a tax bill you will still be responsible for any interest and /or late charges (MGL CH 60 section 3). Change of address forms are available here or can be picked up at Town Hall (please visit the Assessor’s Office). A completed and signed change of address form is the only way your mailing address can be corrected. Please contact the Assessor’s Office @ (508) 760-6139 if you have any questions.
