Applications Required for New Liquor License

To apply for a NEW Liquor License, both applications below require original signature, supporting documentation, a  Zoning Determination from the Dennis Building Department, and a $100 application fee upon submission to the Licensing Office. See the ABCC website for more information. Applications received without all required documents will be considered incomplete.

ABCC - Multiple Amendments           ABCC- Change in Manager       ABCC- Alteration to Premise

 ABCC - Change in Hours                    ABCC - Transfer Liquor License 

ABCC - Change in DBA or Corporate Name    

Apply for an Annual or Seasonal Sunday Entertainment License to hold entertainment at a specific venue on a regular basis on Sundays. 

Apply for an Annual or Seasonal Weekday Entertainment License to hold entertainment at a specific venue on a regular basis Monday through Saturday. 

One Day and Special Event Licenses 

Apply for a Special Event License if you are interested in hosting an event on Town property. Special Events include road races, polar plunges, holiday fairs, art markets and any other gathering taking place on Town property. 

Apply for a One Day Liquor License if you plan to serve or sell any type of alcohol at an event open to the public. 

Apply for a One Day Entertainment License if you will provide any form of entertainment at an event open to the public or if you will have amplified music at private events such as weddings or fundraisers at a location that does not hold an Annual or Seasonal Entertainment License.
