Soft Shell Clam Season Opening - North Side Only

Soft Shell Clam season will open on the north side ONLY (Cape Cod Bay) on Monday, October 2, 2023. North side Soft Shell Clam harvest will be open on Mondays and Saturdays until May 31, 2024 unless otherwise closed by the Division of Marine Fisheries. Soft Shell Clams must measure 2 inches in length in order to be considered legal size.Catch limit is 10 quarts (i.e. 1 peck wire basket) per permit per week.
The week begins on Sunday. All harvesters must have valid recreational shellfish permit with them when harvesting.
