Ballroom, Latin, & Swing Line Dancing (NEW)
Fridays, 10:00am

Whether you like smooth waltz, energetic salsa, or upbeat swing you’ll find just what you’re looking for in this fun weekly line dance class. Learn and dance all the moves to classic & contemporary tunes. No partner needed. $5 for drop-ins or sign up for a month at only $4 per class

Beginner Line Dancing
Fridays, 11:00am

Learn fun mini dance routines to your favorite pop, rock, and Latin tunes. Beginner-friendly! A great way to add some light exercise to your life, and to meet new friends! $5 for drop-ins or sign up for a month at only $4 per class

Beyond the Basics
Line Dancing
Fridays, 9:15am

Add to your basic line dance repertoire. Learn new rhythms including cha-cha, mambo/salsa, waltz, and more. Have fun building on your line dance skill set! $5 for drop-ins or sign up for a month at only $4 per class.

Chair Yoga Plus (NEW)
Wednesdays, 8:00am

Yoga will be done in the chair as well as out by using the chair as a tool to help with balance while building strength. This class is great for all levels, as modifications are provided for all levels. $10 per session.

Chair Zumba
Wednesdays, 10:00am

Chair Zumba is a safe yet fun seated workout set to great music! $3 per session.

Line Dancing
Mondays, 10:15am

Come have some fun and dance your way to fitness with a great variety of music! $6 per session.

Low Impact Exercise
Mondays & Thursdays, 8:00am

An invigorating, challenging, yet safe class! Cardio, strength training, balance exercises and stretching led by a motivating instructor -all set to music. $60/month

Senior Fitness
Tuesdays & Fridays, 8:00am

Includes aerobics, strength training, stretching and balance. $3 per session.

Walk and Talk
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30am

Meet us every week at Johnny Kelley Park. Join us and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine (weather permitting). Dogs welcome! Free!

Yoga for Everyone
Tuesdays, 12:30pm

Strengthen and energize through Hatha Yoga. Bring a mat and a smile! 4 weeks/$36.

Zumba Gold
Mondays, 4:00pm
Wednesdays, 9:00am

Dance yourself into shape! Single Class/ Drop-in = $10 or sign up for a month for $6 a class.

Chair Zumba 
Mondays, 5:00pm

For those who have limited mobility, you can still work out. Chair Zumba is a great way to get your cardio in without having to stand!

Computer Club

Drop in computer help starts at 10:00 AM at the Dennis Senior Center, downstairs in the Warren Holland Computer Learning Center. Bring your own laptop, iPad, notebook or netbook with you. We have a limited number of desktop computers available for use.
