When working with a Board or Committee you may be required to notify abutters of your property. Depending on which Board or Committee you are working with, the distance you need to notify will vary. You can request an abutters list in person, by phone, by mail, or by email.
When requesting an abutters list please include:
the property address
the committee or board you are working with (e.g. Board of Health, Conservation, Historic, etc.)
if you would like the list emailed, please include that with your request
The fee for an abutters list is $15 per list. Cash or check only.
Payment is required before a list can be emailed or mailed.
Additional mailing labels can be requested and are an additional fee of $0.50 per page of labels.
Street lists are a list of all property owners that are on a street. These are often used if you are requesting improvements to your road with the Department of Public Works.
