Sticker Fee Schedule

Off-road vehicle permits are for the use of vehicles on Crowes Pasture Beach only. 2023/24 ORV permits may be purchased online only. Stickers cannot be picked up and cannot be purchased in person.

Replacement Stickers - Beach $10, Transfer Station $12

Proof of Eligibility (property owner, lessee) as determined by the following documentation:

1. Driver's License (or other government-issued photo ID) and vehicle registration showing physical Dennis address (not P.O. Box)
   1. If the vehicle is registered in the company name, provide a business card, vehicle registration, and real estate bill.
   2. If leased vehicle, provide lease and vehicle registration.
2. Driver's License (or other government-issued photo ID) OR vehicle registration not showing physical Dennis address (not P.O. Box)
   1. Other proof of residency (see below)
   2. Dennis Real Estate Tax Bill in excess of $700
      1. Commercial Property Tax Bill
         1. Owners of Commercial Property are eligible for residential stickers.
         2. Trustees, spouses, and permanent residents of the trust property are eligible for a residential sticker.
            • Trust documents need to be recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. Beneficiaries of trust are not eligible.
         3. Land designated by the Board of Assessors as owners unknown indicating lack of information to determine property location are not eligible.
   3. Seasonal condominiums are permitted to occupy their dwelling per the Master Deed in excess of six months and the total real estate tax bill exceeds $700.

Other Proof of Residency:

Lease agreement with a minimum of one year lease period or if tenant-at-will, proof of rental or utility payments for the prior 12-month period. Documentation of a valid rental permit issued by the Board of Health is required.

Dependent Children:

If Parents qualify for a residential sticker, dependents age 19 to 22 with a motor vehicle registration in their name which shows a physical Dennis address and a current College ID or Tuition Bill are eligible for a residential sticker.

Proof of Eligibility (property owner, lessee) as determined by the following documentation:

1. Child/Parent/Sibling (of current qualifying resident) not residing in Dennis are eligible for Seasonal Sticker. Provide a copy of the owner's tax bill and a copy of the birth/marriage certificate or other documentation that shows the relationship to the owner.
2. Master Deed states that your residence is a "seasonal dwelling" (does not permit occupancy of dwelling for more than 6 months).
3. Lease agreement with a minimum 4-week lease period
   1. VALID Rental Certificate for a property on file with BOH
   2. Driver's License.
   3. Vehicle Registration.
   4. College ID or Tuition Bill for Dependents 19 to 22 years of age.

Those eligible: anyone who does not reside in or does not have a direct relationship with a Dennis taxpayer as defined above.

Proof of Eligibility as determined by the following documentation:

1. Driver's License.
2. Vehicle Registration.

• ORV stickers are issued as Resident (Taxpayer) or Non-Resident.
• Commercial vehicles require written approval from a company representative.

Transfer Station Stickers are available for purchase at Town Hall; they are not sold at the Transfer Station or DPW Headquarters. Additional information is available on the Municipal Waste Stickers and Fees page.
