The Administrative and Support Services Bureau is under the command of a Lieutenant who is the department's Training Coordinator for all Recruit, In-service and Specialized Training.
Additional administrative duties include acting as the municipal coordinator for the 911 system; supervising facility and fleet maintenance; property (lost/found) and evidence control; and criminal identification records.
The operation of the Central Records Office including the crime reporting and analysis functions are also under his command.
Two full-time civilian personnel are currently assigned to this section - one police data clerk and a craft maintenance custodian. Five patrol officers perform support service functions in addition to their regular patrol duties.
Police Crime and Accident Records that may be needed for insurance purposes as well as access to public information from the department's daily log can be obtained through the records office during regular business hours.
