Weir Creek Restoration
The Association to Preserve Cape Cod (APCC) is working with the Town of Dennis on the Weir Creek Restoration Project through two grants obtained from the Southeast New England Program (SNEP) and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF). The grant funds will be used to model the replacement of two culverts along Weir Creek under Lower County Road and the improvements they may have on the salt marsh areas to the north.
